Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions (‘Terms’) apply to the ‘Get One Month Free This Black Friday’ promotion (‘Promotion’).
In these Terms, ‘BBI’ means Blue Badge Insurance Limited, Pacific International Insurance Pty Limited and all related group companies (also referred to as ‘we’, ‘us’ or ‘our’).
This promotion offers new customers who purchase a pet insurance policy online during the promotion period to receive 1 month free pet insurance. In detail:
- Insure a dog or cat over 6 weeks old and get one month free
- Insure an assistance dog and get one month free
This promotion is for all new policies purchased between 12.01am, Friday 25th November 2022 through to 11:59pm, Monday 28th November 2022. (‘Promotional period’)
Eligibility
To be eligible for the Promotion, you must:
- Be a new BBI Pet Insurance Customer; and
- Complete and purchase a new BBI Pet Insurance policy application exclusively Online through our website during the Promotional Period.
Eligible Customer
We reserve the right to determine whether any participant is an Eligible Customer in accordance with these criteria, including where any participant has, in our view, acted fraudulently or not complied with these Terms.
Promotion Details
Policy cover is subject to our standard underwriting conditions and policy conditions which will apply to any insurance claim.
The Get One Month Free This Black Friday promotion is subject to the relevant BBI Terms and Conditions for the qualifying policy and to our PDS (Product Disclosure Statement).
Subject to all relevant policy limitations in the event of a claim, Eligible Customers will receive the qualifying benefits under their chosen qualifying policy as per normal.
This Promotion is governed by the laws of Australia and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
Premium Payment
No premium payment is due at the time of completing and purchasing an Online policy.
- For month-to-month subscribers your first payment will be due 1 month from start date of your policy (dependant on the age of the pet to be insured) and will be charged monthly after that.
- No premium payment is due at the time of signing up.
- For annual subscribers you will receive 12 months insurance for 11 months premium charged (dependant on the age of the pet to be insured). Payment is due at the time of signing up.
- Any eligible annual premium discounts for disability parking permit holders or assistance dogs are not affected by this promotion and will still apply.
General
We reserve the right to vary or amend these Terms by publishing updated terms and conditions on our website. Applications being processed at the time of any amendment will not be affected by any change to these terms and conditions.
General
The Promotion is not available to:
- Holders of any existing Pet Insurance policy underwritten by Pacific International Insurance Pty Ltd.
- Customers who have held an existing BBI policy that has been cancelled by the customer or us within the three (3) months before or during the Promotion Period.
- This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions or offers, including promotion codes provided by BBI partners and/or affiliates.
